NW Fuel Injection Services provides mechanical diesel injector testing and rebuilding for conventional injectors, two spring injectors, most diesel engines built before 2000, and select off road engines built before 2010. Each injector is tested for spray pattern, nozzle chatter, opening pressure, and leaks before repair decisions are made.
Mechanical Injector Service
Mechanical injector service begins with accurate testing. Our technicians check the spray pattern, nozzle chatter, opening pressure, and leak condition so the injector can be evaluated before any parts are replaced. This helps identify worn nozzles, weak springs, sealing issues, and poor atomization that can cause smoke, hard starting, rough idle, fuel knock, or uneven cylinder performance.
Internal Inspection
Unlike gasoline fuel injectors, many mechanical diesel injectors can be disassembled for a deeper internal inspection. We take the injector apart, clean and examine the internal components, then separate reusable parts from worn, repairable, or replaceable parts. The goal is to rebuild what makes sense while protecting the reliability of the fuel system.
OEM Advantage
Using OEM authorized test equipment with OEM products gives the most precise way to examine diesel fuel components. When possible, original equipment manufacturer nozzles are used during the rebuild. After assembly, each injector is checked again for opening pressure, spray pattern, nozzle chatter, and leaks before it leaves our Surrey workshop.

Process

The injector is taken apart so reusable, repairable, worn, and replaceable components can be identified.
Approved components are installed, then opening pressure and internal setup are calibrated to the application.
