Overview
NW Fuel Injection Services has provided gasoline injector testing and cleaning for more than 20 years. Our Surrey shop uses the ASNU Classic GDI cleaning machine to test flow rate, spray pattern, and general injector operation before ultrasonic cleaning, then repeats the same tests after cleaning to document improvement.
Gasoline Injector Service
Although much of our work is diesel focused, gasoline injector testing and cleaning has been part of NW Fuel for more than two decades. The ASNU Classic GDI machine uses ultrasonic cleaning technology to test and clean gasoline fuel injectors from top feed to side feed and gasoline direct injection designs.
Before Cleaning
Before injectors are placed in the ultrasonic cleaning bath, we run a pre test to measure flow rate, spray pattern, and general operation. This establishes a baseline so the injector can be compared after cleaning, rather than relying on guesswork.
After Cleaning
Because gasoline injectors do not come apart for internal service, ultrasonic cleaning is used to reach internal areas that cannot be cleaned by hand. We pulse the injectors during cleaning to help flush internal components, then repeat the same tests after cleaning. Your injectors are returned with a written report, before and after results, and the necessary gaskets and seals for reinstallation.
Service Fit
Top feed gasoline injectors are tested, cleaned, retested, and returned with documented flow and spray pattern results.
Side feed injectors require careful handling and testing to confirm cleaning improves flow balance and spray quality.
Gasoline direct injection injectors operate under demanding conditions and benefit from dedicated ASNU Classic GDI cleaning capability.
If cleaning cannot solve the injector problem due to a shorted coil or physical damage, you do not pay for the cleaning service.

Process
Flow rate, spray pattern, and general operation are measured before cleaning to establish a baseline.
The ASNU Classic GDI machine uses ultrasonic cleaning while pulsing the injectors to clean and flush internal components.
The same tests are repeated after cleaning to measure changes in flow, spray pattern, and injector operation.
Injectors are returned with a written before and after report plus the required gaskets and seals for installation.
FAQ
We test and clean top feed, side feed, and gasoline direct injection injectors using the ASNU Classic GDI cleaning machine.
Service includes pre testing, ultrasonic cleaning, post testing, a written before and after report, and the necessary gaskets and seals for reinstallation.
We operate a no fix, no pay policy. If ultrasonic cleaning cannot resolve the injector issue because of a shorted coil, physical damage, or another non cleanable failure, you do not pay for the cleaning service.
Top feed injectors are $39, side feed injectors are $49, and GDI injectors are $59. Additional gaskets or seals may cost $5 to $10 if needed.
Use good quality gasoline, keep up with regular vehicle maintenance, and follow the manufacturer's service recommendations, especially on modern gasoline direct injection systems.
